My favorite gel

I've been using Vfuel now for many years and just love it. Goes down the easiest of any brand I've tried, the flavors are good, pink lemonade is my new fav, along with caramel apple, peach cobbler and cool citrus (think lemon meringue pie)! Recovery fuel

I use First Endurance's Ultragen as a recovery drink. Really great when I'm away from home after a run but want to take advantage of that all important 20 minute window. Full protein, carbohydrate, and vitamins in one. Orange Creme is my favorite flavor, Tropical Flavor is not. Reminds me of the pink medicine we all took as kids, ammoxicilan. I also use their Optygen HP in the months leading up to a big race. First Endurance Pre-Race is another supplement I'll use in racing when I need a stimulant wake-me-up
